Minnesota Online, through the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, recognizes and fulfills its public responsibility and demonstrates responsible institutional citizenship by being a trusted provider of choice for high quality online learning opportunities expanding access for a community of lifelong learners within Minnesota and beyond.
